DTS delivered its AI Readiness for Public Sector Innovation bootcamp to 23 participants from seven financial authorities across five countries. Facilitated by Matt Grasser (CTO, DTS) and Wenbin Wu (Senior AI Engineer, DTS), the bootcamp covered the full arc from fundamentals to strategy in action. Session 1 examined the global landscape of AI adoption in public sector agencies, drawing on insights from the State of SupTech Report 2025 and DTS's GovTech Generations 3.0 framework, and introduced hands-on work with the GovSpace Diagnostic and AI Readiness Tool (DART). Session 2 moved into applied territory, with case studies presented in the GovSpace AI Gym, a deep dive into AI governance and ethics, agentic AI governance considerations, guidance on setting up teams for AI, and a discussion of public-private partnership models. Participants worked through an AI Strategy Worksheet and AI Readiness Self-Assessment across people, process, data, and technology dimensions throughout both sessions.
