Innovation Leaders Residency 2024
Rochelle Tomas is one of the 11 members of the 2024 cohort of the Innovation Leaders Residency.
Rochelle is a Deputy Director at Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP). As part of the programme, Rochelle explored the development of a holistic overarching strategy and theory of change for the digital transformation of her business.
Rochelle focuses on identifying suptech tools for advanced analysis, market monitoring, and conduct supervision leveraging data from multiple sources. She has been instrumental to the Cambridge SupTech Lab's ongoing partnership with BSP and the organisation's pioneering efforts to advance consumer protection and innovation in financial supervision.
Over the course of the Residency year, Innovation Leaders gain online support for the enhancement of their skills and competencies, and assistance in taking their projects to the next level, whether they are focusing on implementing the digital transformation of their business unit or on driving the development of a cutting-edge suptech application.
