Innovation Leaders Residency 2024
Parimal Kumar Shivendu is one of the 11 members of the 2024 cohort of the Innovation Leaders Residency.
Parimal was the Assistant General Manager in the FinTech Department at the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). During the Residency, Parimal was focused on bolstering technological solutions in fraud prevention, particularly with illegal lending apps. Parimal also dove into research projects to identify innovative ways to monitor the possibility of greenwashing and tackle the challenge of climate risk in the financial sector, as well as enhancing compliance outcomes in the financial sector through native digitalisation of regulation
After the Residency, Parimal joined a fintech solutions provider as Group Head.
Over the course of the Residency year, Innovation Leaders gain online support for the enhancement of their skills and competencies, and assistance in taking their projects to the next level, whether they are focusing on implementing the digital transformation of their business unit or on driving the development of a cutting-edge suptech application.
