Innovation Leaders Residency 2024
Pamela Kahwa is one of the 11 members of the 2024 cohort of the Innovation Leaders Residency.
Pamela is a Financial Sector Risk and Policy Analyst at the Bank of Uganda. She has already completed three Capacity Building and Education programmes with the Cambridge SupTech Lab: SupTech Frontiers, Practical Data Science in Financial Supervision, and Product & Organisational Innovation.
Pamela's project with the Innovation Leaders programme focused on exploring to explore suptech applications using high-frequency analytics of liquidity risks in supervised entities as well as following her goal of bringing her personal platform to the next level, focused on financial education of consumers.
Over the course of the Residency year, Innovation Leaders gain online support for the enhancement of their skills and competencies, and assistance in taking their projects to the next level, whether they are focusing on implementing the digital transformation of their business unit or on driving the development of a cutting-edge suptech application.
