Innovation Leaders Residency 2025
Lucero Valderrama Valderrama is one of the 12 members of the 2025 cohort of the Innovation Leaders Residency.
Lucero is the Principal Data and Risk Analytics Analyst at the Superintendencia de Banca, Seguros y Administradoras de Fondos de Pensiones del Perú, where she has been working on designing solutions that address supervisory pain points. Lucero is also an esteemed data analysis trainer, contributing to capacity-building initiatives within her institution and taking a leading role in various working groups related to digital transformation, data governance, reporting, and risk data aggregation. During her Reisdency, Lucero is focusing on employing data analytics to assess whether a key functionary of a supervised company meets the regulatory requirements for moral suitability, as part of money laundering and terrorist financing risk supervision.
Over the course of the Residency year, Innovation Leaders gain online support for the enhancement of their skills and competencies, and assistance in taking their projects to the next level, whether they are focusing on implementing the digital transformation of their business unit or on driving the development of a cutting-edge suptech application.
