Innovation Leaders Residency 2024
Laura Lopez is one of the 11 members of the 2024 cohort of the Innovation Leaders Residency.
During the Residency year, Laura was promoted to Chief of Insurance Supervision at the Superintendencia de Banca, Seguros y Administradoras de Fondos de Pensiones del Perú. During her Residency, Laura advanced research focused on enhancing insurance supervision in the digital age, as well as developing an institutional training plan and a roadmap for data management to generate positive impacts for supervisory agencies and society.
Over the course of the Residency year, Innovation Leaders gain online support for the enhancement of their skills and competencies, and assistance in taking their projects to the next level, whether they are focusing on implementing the digital transformation of their business unit or on driving the development of a cutting-edge suptech application.
