Innovation Leaders Residency 2024
Francisco Duque is one of the 11 members of the 2024 cohort of the Innovation Leaders Residency.
When joining the Residency, Francisco was the Deputy Director of Supervisory Methodologies and Corporate Governance at Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia. During the Residency year, Francisco was promoted to Director of Research, Innovation and Development.
Francisco previously completed both the Practical Data Science in Financial Supervision and the Product & Organisational Innovation training programmes at the Cambridge SupTech Lab. As part of his Residency, Francisco drove a project with the aim to incorporate his learnings of new analytical tools and supervisory methodologies into a holistic suptech strategy that makes financial supervision more agile with new business models.
Over the course of the Residency year, Innovation Leaders gain online support for the enhancement of their skills and competencies, and assistance in taking their projects to the next level, whether they are focusing on implementing the digital transformation of their business unit or on driving the development of a cutting-edge suptech application.
