Innovation Leaders Residency 2025
Faissal Kientore is one of the 12 members of the 2025 cohort of the Innovation Leaders Residency.
Faissal is exploring suptech solutions to facilitate innovation in the financial sector. He is a Senior DevOps Engineer at the Central Bank of West African States - BCEAO. His work spans cloud computing, AI, blockchain, and cybersecurity. Prior to joining the central bank, Faissal contributed to key projects at the African Development Bank and Burkina Faso’s Ministry of Digital Economy.
Throughout the Residency year Faissal is developing a project to organise instituion-wide data in a data warehouse to enable AI-driven decision-making and addressing staff and stakeholder needs through improved data analytics.
Over the course of the Residency year, Innovation Leaders gain online support for the enhancement of their skills and competencies, and assistance in taking their projects to the next level, whether they are focusing on implementing the digital transformation of their business unit or on driving the development of a cutting-edge suptech application.
