Anthony Gachanja, Senior Manager - Data Analytics and Regulatory Technology

Anthony Gachanja is one of the 11 members of the 2024 cohort of the Innovation Leaders Residency.

Anthony started the Residency as Manager of Data Analytics and Regulatory Technology at the Central Bank of Kenya. During the Residency year, Anthony was promoted to Senior Manager, Data and Regulatory Technology. Anthony has finished the SupTech Frontiers and Product & Organisational Innovation programmes at the Cambridge SupTech Lab. His project as an Innovation Leader included exploring automated management of consumer complaints as part of a market conduct management system, advancing suptech solutions leveraging granular data, as well as advancing research focused on data governance.

Over the course of the Residency year, Innovation Leaders gain online support for the enhancement of their skills and competencies, and assistance in taking their projects to the next level, whether they are focusing on implementing the digital transformation of their business unit or on driving the development of a cutting-edge suptech application.
