Financial Consumer Protection Suite with Chatbot, Web Portal, and Analytics Dashboard 

We implemented with the Superintendencia del Sistema Financiero (SEPS) and the World Bank a suptech suite to strengthen consumer protection and market conduct supervision. The solution comprised an AI-powered chatbot, a web-based case management portal, and an advanced analytics dashboard.

After the diagnostic phase, we designed the use case specifications and solutions architecture, then Matellio was procured to deliver the integrated system and provide production-ready code, enabling SEPS to manage ongoing operations without vendor lock-in or recurring licensing fees.

Usability testing and refinements of the chatbot and case management portal were finalised, and the code was installed and verified on SEPS premises. SEPS assumed responsibility for ongoing maintenance.
