Project: SupTech Training for the National Bank of Rwanda

In 2020, upon request of the Center for Financial Inclusion (CFI) at Accion Int., we delivered a 6-week training on supervisory technologies (SupTech) to the market conduct supervision team of the National Bank of Rwanda. The output of the training was a proof of concept for the development of a chatbot and complaints process software.
