Our logo
Our logo is a visual representation of our core mission. Each element within the design holds a deeper significance:
The Mouse symbolizes the seamless connection and integration between technology and users, reinforcing our commitment to human-centric digital transformation.
The Leaf represents growth, sustainability, and responsible digital progress. It highlights that digital transformation is not just about efficiency but also about lasting impact.
The Open Lock emphasizes trust, security, and openness, balancing the need for strong safeguards while fostering transparency and accessibility in digital systems.
Together, these symbols reflect our vision for inclusive, ethical, and impactful digital transformation, ensuring technology serves both efficiency and societal progress.
Our approach
The core of most business processes in the public sector today is information processing. Technology can increment exponentially the information processing capabilities of public agencies. Technology alone, however, is not sufficient to achieve permanent efficiency. Processes, people, policies, and especially leadership need to be fundamentally changed to accomplish digital transformation and make it impactful within the organization and outside of it, for the benefit of individuals, communities, and businesses.
Digital Transformation Solutions works with public agencies to define a compelling vision and roadmap that determine the way forward cohesively and coherently, aligning future strategy and investments toward a long-term vision, maximizing benefits and returns from investments in new applications and human capital, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the business processes while minimizing business disruption, and making sure that transformation is not reduced to a series of incremental improvements – important and helpful, but not truly transformative.
We rely on rigorous research, agile methodologies, deep expertise in tech, policy and business development, and commitment to innovation and co-creation with its clients. Every project is tailored to the vision and needs of the client, and implemented with continuously evolving knowledge, tools, and perspectives to fit our client’s requirements.
Our experts have decades of global experience in government, technology, data science, finance, and academia. We understand the complexity of the challenges that the digital transformation of public agencies presents (including institutional culture, lack of funds, talent acquisition and retainment, procurement procedures, legacy technologies, etc.). Based on our expertise, we are convinced that technology improvements alone, or policy changes alone, cannot transform supervision. To truly transform a public agency, we take a holistic approach that looks at the complexities of the institution and the ecosystems that it is part of, the characteristic of the relevant personas, the multiple layers of their need, the nuances of the institutional culture, and leverage the various assets of the organization to configure synergistic solutions that are cutting-edge, scalable, and sustainable.

Sustainability
We are keenly aware of the sustainability challenges of the 21st century. Although in some cases onsite work is unavoidable due to the nature of our work, where possible we use remote methods to avoid any unnecessary travel. When travel is necessary, we utilize a carbon offset program, to mitigate our impact.
Moreover, when the scope of the project includes recommendations related to the development and deployment of different technologies we include in our assessment the evaluation of the sustainability of those solutions.
Inclusiveness
We are gender intentional, aiming to seek and encourage the participation and engagement of female regulators, supervisors, and technologists in the implementation of our work, as well as incorporating gender equality / inclusiveness into the design of the SupTech applications that we develop and in the conceptualization our data analytics projects.
Moreover, we are very intentional in designing and developing applications that level the digital divides rather than deepening them, working to make technology more accessible for people with different physical and cognitive abilities, for linguistic minorities, groups with low digital and financial literacy, etc. We also intend to drive fairness in AI systems by reducing algorithmic bias. We are aware that technology can exacerbate exclusion, therefore our explicit goal is to use data and tools for better inclusion outcomes.
Expertize
We are a diverse team of former financial supervisors, policymakers, economists, entrepreneurs, researchers, product managers, designers, data scientists, coders, and business strategists. With global expertise and a shared commitment to positive impact, we harness the tools and culture of the digital age to transform public agencies, empowering them to lead economies and societies toward inclusivity and sustainability.
Our team’s expertise spans system design, software development, database management, regulatory analysis, policy development, and SupTech, as well as the creation of financial data architectures, banking systems, and economic simulation models.
