In 2021, we worked with the New York State Department of Financial Services conducting a thorough diagnostic to deliver a roadmap for the digital transformation of the agency. The diagnostic included interviews with 120 managers and employees, the review of 245 applications, regulatory research, and many workshops to involve the Superintendent and the Executive Superintendents into a process of co-creation of the roadmap.
